The House was built in 1838. The current owner’s family, tanners from father to son, acquired it in 1901. The last tanner was the grandfather of the current owners of the House.
The house is located between Taponas and Belleville, on the Beaujolais Wine Route. Surrounded by a park of 1.2 hectares, only 1.5 km far from the Saône, it is a large bourgeois house, with a beautiful wooded park. Come and enjoy its sunny terrace equipped with garden furniture, its secure swimming pool and children’s playground.
The house is perfectly adapted to families, thanks to the enclosed space of the garden, the secure swimming pool with a small bath, and special equipment for young children.
